Introduction
Nedabiah Lincoln Sr
Ancestors and Descendants Volume I

The previously presented Doc Lincoln House Book, which resulted from a long string of coincidences, left many loose ends. Something that the author’s neat, logical and tidy mind could not ignore. For example, how did a family, rooted for nearly 200 years in Taunton, Massachusetts, end up in the New York State wilderness? Why were there so many versions of data associated with the name Nedabiah (Nedebiah) Lincoln? Who was Joseph Lincoln? The list goes on and on. A long series of unbelievable and serendipitous events (not to mention an enormous amount of serious research) provided continued shots of motivation and in many cases, answers.
Once again this accumulated data had to be shared. The end result was this book, published in 2008. It contains the answer to the above questions and many more. Prior to publication the connection to the Hawaiian Lincolns was well established, hence this book was identified as Volume I, since Volume II was already in the planning stages. It is hoped that “Doc” approves and that the reader enjoys reading it as much as the author enjoyed creating it.
